There used to be wild raspberries along the roadside where I grew up. I loved walking along the road eating them as I went. They are hard to find these days. I think that it is because the county salts the roads so heavily during the winter now that more people live in the area.
Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.

They can be hard to find, but my daughter just loves it when we do.
